this album was recorded in the recovery period of a surgery i received in 2019. i was unable to sit down or really play instruments, so a lot of these recordings were started and abandoned several years ago, re-discovered, and transformed into something entirely new.

this was pretty much all i was able to do for several months. i was forced to reflect on the past and what i wanted out the future.

most importantly, the experience caused me to appreciate the fragility of life and provided me with a newfound respect for the beauty in the mundane reality of modern existence; each & every passing moment.
